Magpie Aerial ("I", "me") is a one-person drone photography service operating in Calgary, Alberta. This page explains what information gets collected through this website and what happens to it.
What's collected
When you fill in the contact form, I collect whatever you enter: name, phone number, email, service type, and any message details. That's submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered to my email inbox.
If you contact me directly by phone, text, or WhatsApp, I have whatever contact details that platform shows me.
What it's used for
- Replying to your booking request or question
- Scheduling and coordinating a flight
- Basic record-keeping for invoicing, if a booking goes ahead
It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. It is not shared with anyone outside of running this business, other than the form-processing service (Web3Forms) needed to deliver your message to my inbox.
Photos and video
Delivered photos and video from a paid shoot belong to you for the purposes you booked them for (a listing, an event, your marketing). I may also use a shoot in my own portfolio or on this site unless you ask me not to — just say so when booking and I'll leave it out.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently run any visitor analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.
Data retention
Booking and contact information is kept as long as reasonably needed for the job and basic bookkeeping, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your information at any time — just email me.
Your rights
You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email skovalov27@gmail.com and I'll sort it out directly — there's no support team to route it through.
